Circuit Training, as it has always been known, is interval training combining strength and endurance aerobic exercises. Predominantly used in military fitness regime with the objective of improving mobility, strength and stamina. As our 30-minutes of circuit training is provided to women of all ages, we have a softer approach to the fitness routine and hence, Circuit Toning takes place.
Our Circuit Toning is positioned consecutively with 5 pieces of pneumatic equipment and 5 cardio planks. During the 30 minutes, members are guided by our energetic fitness trainers who engage in motivational voice-over quotes. Members are assigned to each station for 30 seconds, which they then rotate to the next with no rest in between until the required 30 minutes have been achieved. Beginners can develop their technique under the direction of our trainers, advanced members can build up high levels of intensity or reps while enjoying the atmosphere of a group exercise activity without having to conform to set choreography routines of an aerobic class.
