Wellness & Weight Management
Inactivity and poor food choices are the obvious culprits that have lead to the devastating effects to the body and ultimately, your life. Nevertheless, other factors like mental, emotional and internal health also play an active role in your weight loss attempts.

Through our Wellness & Weight Management Program, devoted and compassionate consultants meticulously assess your body along with easy tailor-made diet plans to suit your body type and internal well-being. Taking nutrition as the platform of the program, our consultants empower you with life-long knowledge and skills for your journey to a healthy lifestyle.

A weekly private consultation over a period of the 2 months program allows you to observe and understand your body as it goes through the positive changes in not only the weight, but also the body fat composition and inches around the body. As your body is shaping up, you will learn and embrace healthy habits and permanent lifestyle adjustments for an improved quality of life. Participants will also be equipped with the appropriate tools to embark on a wellness and weight management for life!

This is a 5 weeks program that inspires and motivates participants with our buddy or group approach.

Settled in a group, participants learn how the body commonly reacts when we expose ourselves with the different kinds of stress and pressures during our lifespan. The warm and friendly environment allows participants to share and discuss their problems and experiences for the benefit of their peers. Participants soon learn that they are not entirely alone in this life changing experience.

Our dedicated Wellness & Weight Management consultant(s) of the program empower you with lifelong knowledge and skills for general weight loss and optimum wellness. Only when you have the right mindset and attitude, can you persevere in the conquest to lose the weight!
 

Let us keep you fresh with tips on taking care of your skin and body through massages that helps in blood circulation, body scrubs that exfoliates dead cells and encourage growth of new skin. Being healthy is being beautiful and a good facial is one way to ensure radiant skin with exfoliation of dead cells along with appropriate essential oils to set a mood of rejuvenation.
