Skin is the largest organ of the body. Like a mirror, it reflects both internal and external pressure inflicted to the body like daily stress, genetics, environment, hormones, diseases and lifestyle.



We have to stop thinking of our skin as just a covering on the body that we wash and scrub, bake in the sun, rub with lotions, creams and make up. Topical treatment and cosmetics can actively heal in the short run and even hide impurities and blemishes, but it does not terminate the root problem. We should nourish and treat the skin from the inside out to have a lasting healthy improvement. When our body is lacking in vital nutrients like vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and essential fatty acids, the skin will eventually react correspondingly.
