I am extremely delighted to have found a gym like All Shapes. I feel I am amongst close friends, it exudes a homely feeling with firm and encouraging trainers who are responsible for moulding me to what I am physically today. When I stepped into All Shapes in July 2006, I weighed 65 kg. I felt constantly lethargic afterwork and lacked the stamina to look after my family even though I was diligent with a weekly aerobics session at a community centre for the past 6 years.

All Shapes 30-min circuit training programme motivated me to show up at gym daily as I could only spare one hour in the gym before I head home for the family. I did not realise that my daily gym routine was working so effectively that by end of my 5th month, I needed a waist belt to hold up my trousers.
As my stamina grew, I was able to handle longer circuit training sessions, machine toning and special classes or training programmes conducted by the trainers.
By July 2007, my weight had dropped to a constant 58kg and my body fat was down by more than 4%!

Thanks to the regular checks and follow ups by the trainers, I was constantly reminded to watch my eating habits and to read labels. Now, having passed my 2nd year at All Shapes, my weight is maintained at 57kg and I even took part in long distance endurance running events like the Nike 10 km in August.
Daily workouts at All Shapes is now a second nature to me and I love to exercise together with all my multi-racial female friends there. So, those days when my work-duty calls and I can't be there physically, you can imagine how much my body aches to be there!
